앱 버전, 기기 종류, 문제가 생긴 순서를 알려주세요. 비밀번호나 민감한 일기·사진·백업 파일을 보내지 마세요.
기기를 바꾸기 전에
- 앱 설정 → 백업과 기기 변경에서 백업 파일을 만듭니다.
- 기기 밖의 안전한 위치에 .jogak 파일을 보관합니다.
- 새 기기에서 백업 파일을 선택해 복원합니다.
자체 일기 저장 서버가 없으므로 앱 삭제·폰 분실 후 계정 로그인으로 복구할 수 없습니다. 백업 파일 자체는 비밀번호 암호화되지 않습니다.
기록 삭제 · Delete your data
일기 상세 화면의 삭제로 개별 기록을, 설정 → 모든 데이터 삭제로 기기 내 전체 기록·관리 사진·임시저장을 정리할 수 있습니다. 계정이 없으므로 회원 탈퇴는 필요하지 않습니다. 외부 백업, 원본 사진과 이미 공유한 이미지는 해당 보관 위치에서 직접 삭제해 주세요. 선택적 통계·오류 보고는 개인정보와 보관에서 끌 수 있습니다. 추가 개인정보 요청은 위 이메일로 문의해 주세요.

For help, email dodokw93@gmail.com with your app version, device and steps to reproduce. Please do not send passwords or private journal/backup files. Before replacing your phone, export a .jogak backup to a safe location outside the device, then import it on the new device. Backups are not separately password-encrypted. No account or operator-hosted journal backup is available. Delete individual entries in the journal detail screen, or all local data in Settings. Delete external backups, original photos and previously shared images separately at their destinations. Optional analytics and crash collection can be turned off in privacy settings.
